My pre-appointment screening was done quickly and professionally and the assistant was very friendly and efficient. I had to wait a while after my appointment time to see the optometrist, Duncan, who was also very professional and explained each exercise well. He then gave a clear recommendation and asked me if I had time to look at lenses today, to which I replied no. It was clear to me that Duncan is very good at what he does. The offices and corridors are very outdated (bare carpets, no windows, old décor) and do not quite give the professional feel needed.

Declan was a really friendly optician. Also, Simon and Pete was really helpful and found me different lenses for my glasses to help my eyes so I wasn't seeing coloured lines anymore. They were so lovely and I will definitely go back.
